Detection of Unauthorized Construction Activities
Increase your municipality's income and security!
The satellite captures images of construction activities every week. We take the images and compare them with the building permit data in your country (national cadastre, local county register, etc.). We are currently actively operating in the Spanish market.
We detect:
- constructions that are not registered
- constructions that have been registered incorrectly
- swimming pools that are not registered
The result? More taxes collected and fewer buildings disregarding building regulations
We provide you with:
- an Excel file with addresses and data of constructions that are missing from the registry
- filters to see, for example, only swimming pools, only extensions, etc.
What we found in Algete, Madrid
- More than 300 buildings that were not declared in the Cadastre
- More than 300 buildings that were declared incorrectly (bigger than 100 m2)
- More than 150 unregistered swimming pools
Potential increase of tax income for the municipality: 500,000 euros/year

“The problem of illegal buildings without any kind of control is not only that their owners don’t pay the corresponding taxes, it can also affect the environment and the safety of all citizens, because the buildings may be located in protected areas, be unstable, or become places of dangerous/illegal activities, etc.”
/ Carlos Pérez Achiaga, architect, Councillor Delegate for Urban Planning, Algete City Council
